Legacy Property secured a unique site where history and character are celebrated, marrying heritage architecture with modern living. The Works Corrimal showcases Wollongong’s future as the city of innovation.

This project needed something a little bit special that captured the essence of the Works, Corrimal.

Action

We created a digital twin of the development. We set the 3D model within Google Earth, which not only provides more relevance to the model but a richer background texture to the 3D model. Utilising this 3D model inside a gaming engine immerses customers within the Works Corrimal project site. Furthermore, this approach optimises visualisation and life in their new home.

Within the sales suite, we installed a 150” LED I-TV. With a pixel pitch of 1.7mm and brightness to 600lm, it showcases the digital twin.

Using the MyHabitat +3D platform, sales agents cast content to the display and control the customer journey.

Outcome

The MyHabitat digital ecosystem is an integral tool to showcase The Works, Corrimal. Sales agents find the applications easy to use, while customers are impressed with their experience in the sales suite.
