Situation
Lendlease is delivering the Sydney Metro Victoria Cross integrated station development which includes a 40-storey (plus 2-storey rooftop plant) commercial building above the station’s southern entrance, integrating retail opportunities and enhancing North Sydney as a thriving commercial, residential and entertainment hub.
Habitat Digital was commissioned to design the Commercial Leasing sales suite digital technology, including a connected ecosystem with display screens, sales tool application and integration with a physical model.
Action
We produced a sales tool that enhances the sales presentation while integrating a virtual tool.
Furthermore, we integrated Lendlease conferencing so presentation to remote clients is a breeze and ensured that the application works offline for presentations at the building site location.
Outcome
This was our first commercial leasing tool and it has led to subsequent projects with Lendlease.
We have further developed a web application sales tool for the client.
