Situation

The Sig Group recently acquired a 28-hectare site in Victoria’s southeast growth corridor. 530 lots are being offered to families, downsizers, upgraders and investors who may have previously been priced out of the market and, in doing so, help ease Melbourne’s housing shortage.

Habitat Digital was chosen to create prop-tech web tools and an in-suite experience to assist the efforts of sales agents.

Action

Through a briefing process, we created the wireframes for the website, and then web application development ensued. Furthermore, we integrated the website with the sale agents CRM, so serves as an effective as a lead capture tool.

A separate application was created for the digital technology ecosystem within the sales suite.  Agents use a large interactive table to immerse the customer within the estate and simultaneously use the large display adjacent to the to the touch screen to present the projects impressive collateral.

Outcome

Key to Habitat Digital’s approach is having different applications for web and in-suite. While both deployments leverage a common database, the applications suit the use case & acknowledge that the online customer experience is very different to that within the sales suite. A bespoke approach means the customer experience is one that surprises and delights.
