Situation
The Sig Group sought to market its newly acquired site in South-East Queensland, offering 600 home sites adjacent to the newly built Ripley Town Centre.
Action
Using the MyHabitat masterplan platform, we created a digital sales tool that is deployed both within the sales suite and online.
Within the sales suite, the sales agent typically presents from a tablet, projecting content to a large video wall whilst triggering relevant lighting on the centrally positioned land model.
An additional touch screen that is mounted on the model serves as a self-serve kiosk. The interface is easy to use, allowing the user to be engaged for longer while they wait for a sales agent.
Outcome
The MyHabitat digital ecosystem is an integral tool to showcase Amory. Sales agents find the applications easy to use, while customers are impressed with their experience in the sales suite.
